Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Akash Das, we value our customers. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and cancellations will be processed for our digital services and products.

1. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations for service orders (like custom app development) will only be considered if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the development work has started, cancellations may not be accepted.

2. Digital Products & Source Code

Due to the nature of digital goods and source code, we generally do not offer refunds once the code has been delivered or downloaded. We recommend reviewing all project details before making a purchase.

3. Hosting & SMM Services

Refunds for hosting or SMM panel services will be processed only if the service is not delivered as described. In case of a service failure that we cannot fix within 48 hours, a pro-rata refund may be initiated.

4. Refund Processing Timeline

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and automatically credited to your original method of payment (e.g., Bank Account, UPI, or Card) within 5-7 business days.
